страх., эк. тр. добровольный выход на пенсию (выход на пенсию по решению самого работника, а не в связи с достижением возраста, когда согласно законодательным нормам или внутренним правилам компании работник может быть принудительно отправлен на пенсию; как правило, работникам по достижению некоторого возраста или наработке минимального трудового стажа предоставляется возможность по желанию уйти на пенсию до достижения нормального пенсионного возраста, но такой выход на пенсию обычно влечет за собой снижение величины пенсии)
